1. 30-day money-back guarantee
The merchant offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. To qualify, items should be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of the merchant receiving the returned item.
2. Your statutory cancellation right (UK & EU)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU buying at a distance, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). You then have a further 14 days to return the item. This statutory right is in addition to the merchant's 30-day guarantee.
3. Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law. Contact the merchant's support promptly with your order number and photos of the issue.
4. How to start a return
- Locate your order confirmation email from the merchant.
- Contact the merchant's customer support using the details in that email to request a return authorisation and return address.
- Return the item as instructed within the applicable window, keeping proof of postage.
